Property Owners Association

The Resale Certificate is a form that complies with Chapter 207, Texas Property Code and provides pertinent information on the Property and Association which includes current assessment, Outstanding and upcoming dues, governing documents, bylaws and restrictions, legal proceedings against the Association, if any, and current POA financials when a property is subject to mandatory membership in that property owner's association. This information allows a buyer to make an informed decision and presents full disclosure on the Association.   

A Resale Certificate must be requested via email or by using the "Request a Resale Certificate Packet" button. There is a $135 origination fee that must be paid before the packet can be prepared. According to Chapter 207 of the Texas Property Code, the  POA has seven (7) days from the time of payment to have the packet available to the requestor.

**RUSH FEE POLICY** 

A rush fee will apply if the Resale Certificate Packet is requested to be completed within 2 business days or less.  The rush fee is $50 + POA Resale Certificate Fee $135 = $185
